Transparency and Accountability. One is not effective without the other. It is our hope and on behalf of the community that the standards and laws set forth by the State of California are adhered to. Or we must consider being our own changemakers if the politicians we entrust do not follow the process to ensure the safety of our communities from bad leadership.
